Frerk Fitzek
works currently in the field of automotive radar with BMW Group Research and Technology and Fachgebiet Höchstfrequenztechnik of Munich University of Technology. He received his diploma in electrical engineering (Dipl.-Ing.) from Hamburg University of Technology after graduating in the field of automotive radar. During his study he worked for VTT Technical Research Centre of Finland as a trainee in the area of mobile communications.
He is a member of IEEE (AP-S, COM-S, ITS-S, MTT-S) and VDE (ITG). His major fields of interests are microwave engineering and telecommunications.
